I honestly would never volunteer to be choked until I'm unconscious (now or ever), and I only asked to be in the RNC for the picture. He clamped down immediately after wrapping his arms around my neck and even in one of the pictures you can see my left hand near my chest (was reaching up to his arm to tap out). I even recall the people in the fairly large crowd watching this go down yelling "He's tapping out!" over and over. Next thing I know is it's lights out. My buddy told me I regained consciousness about 5 seconds afterwards, and the TAPOUT staff was trying to rush me out of their booth.

And you DIDN'T file a lawsuit? That's unreal.

What would I sue for? I didn't get hospitalized and I don't come from a family background where we go around suing whoever we can to make a quick buck. That being said, now you're starting to make me worry that I might have some internal brain injuries from blacking out due to lack of oxygen.

I generally hate the concept of suing people, it seems like you look at a person wrong and they sue you. There are so many Frivolous lawsuits carried out in American culture these days. With that being said I would have sued. Kimbo Slice is far from a professional in jiu jitsu. Your tapping was an indicator for him to stop and he wouldn't, and we're choked unconscious in front of a large group of people for his entertainment. But hey if you can't pull it off in the UFC might as well do it to a fan who doesn't want you too, right?

I'm 100% positive he knew I was tapping out too. As soon as I started tapping, he squeezed his grip even harder. Anyone know the statute of time limitations on this as it happened about 4 years ago.
