    Nice job, Kevin. It looks a little awkward for the wrists (in my case, I have bad wrists). Where exactly do you grip? I've seen a couple different versions.

    just above the wrist...meat of the palm...maybe give it a try, could workout well if you do have a wrist issue.

    great job! mike was really controlled and took direction well. what did he use at 2:18 to pass the guard? i saw him attempt it a couple of other times too.

    Yup, most of my guys listen and take direction pretty well...
    Mike has this step over thing he does in the full guard...I dont really like it (low percentage) but it seems to work for him.
