Im going to a Royce Gracie seminar this weekend and was curious what would happen to me if I showed up with a red belt with not 10 but 11 pieces of tape on it? What would be the over/under time if someone wanted to bet how fast I'd be choked unconscious?

They'd probably think your an asshole. I think it's funny but you still have to respect them if you're going to his seminar. You have to remember you're repping 10th planet and while we are a bit quirky we still have to try and be respectful. My opinion. Go get yourself a white belt and give'r

I was only playin, I'd never do that, but think it would be nuts if someone was crazy enough to do it did and the reactions and how fast he'd get his ass beat by a Gracie lol

I attended on of his nogi seminars at Guy Mezger's gym in Addision, Tx. I wore my 10P rash guard, and I did not receive any disrespect at all from anyone. He was cool, and took pics with me. However, there was this one looney bitch there. Said she was a black belt, but she couldn't even perform an armbar from the back correctly. Said she knew Eddie was used to be roommates with him back in the day. Highly doubt any of that.

Like Joe Rogan said they should have a show with just liars. Never understood why you would lie about being a blackbelt... you're just gonna have to back the lie up and is gonna be really embarrassing getting armbarred and choked by blue belts. Royce is doing a lot of no gi lately.. This seminar is gi though but I'm sure he'll do a lot of no gi techniques.

That's awesome man! Absorb as much as you can, because Jiu Jitsu is Jiu Jitsu, no matter where it comes from. Just come back with a fun story to tell. ....And in one piece if you actually decide to rock the red belt look!

No I would never haha think it would be a funny MADtv skit though! A cocky jiu jitsu guy disrespecting bjj by wearing that and getting choked out. Maybe I'll get pics of it

I went to a Royce seminar this year, great experience. He's a funny guy, expect basic technique but very technical.
