Much to my girlfriends irritation, I started skateboarding again about 2 years ago. She keeps asking when I'm gonna move my quarter pipe out of her garage. I keep telling her there's not enough room at mine with the mats down and all! And so at 47 I'm a bit of an anomaly at the skateparks around Austin. But I got back in to it because I ran a couple calls on guys my age skating again, broken arms and the like, but I got the bug. I just ordered a new reissue Dog Town board! Old School Son!!

I have a bit of OCD when it comes to hobbies. Lots and lots come and go but, I have been Flyfishing for 25 years now. I'll be on the stream tomorrow a 5am eastern, this before most of you on the west coast are done with the Saturday night party. Also have two bird dogs that put some real fun into Fall.

Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Any sort of clinch work. Not sure I'll ever be able to work high kicks. Umm... Non combat related is difficult because I am obsessed and my brain doesn't really give me a break a lot of the time but I would have to say health is the second great passion. Reading on athletes training methods and the like. Third passion would have to be studying great people from the past like Leonardo Da Vinci, Bruce Lee, Joe Louis, Socrates, Edgar Allan Poe, Niccolò Machiavelli, and Abraham Lincoln among many others. I like collecting and thinking on their quotes.
Lets see here. I also enjoy creative improve writing. Role playing in World of Warcraft. I love reading the stories behind the characters. The history, how magic works in the setting, medieval politics and such. I was always creative and things like that tend to keep the juices flowing.
I read more then a lot of people. Internet just makes it worse. Took me about two weeks to finish all the Game of Throne books other then the newest one and I'm holding out on that one cause its going to be a while till the next one is finished apparently.
Last but not least. Video games. The Elder Scrolls sucked up a few summers of my life. I will stomp anyone and everyone in DOA and Soul Calibur in a glorious and humiliating fashion. You've been warned. :P
