Since my heart almost failed me, I have been pushing myself to recover my health through jitz and jogging, and some other stuff (Kettlebells, etc).
I found this website. You can map out your jogging routes, and see how long they are. Also, the nice thing about it is that you don't have to stick to paved roads, unlike "google maps directions". You can do trails, etc.

I just thought I would post this for anyone who is into jogging and keeping track of their routes/frequencies, etc. There is a training log to keep track of your jogs on a calendar too. Worth checking out.
