i actually saw that video today. what makes the choke so effective? is it harder to defend that a traditional RNC?

I like transtioning to Baret Yoshida's choke no gi. And a shin choke in the gi. Both kinda douchey moves, but they look cool so.....

I like to setup the arm triangle from the back. They think they're out and they just escaped right into my best finish.
