    What solo drills do you like to do?

    Been doing ((Trying to do)) 200 shrimps a day along with ab work. Did the math and that is pretty much the quickest way to 10,000 reps in two months without over doing and losing my sanity. Wanna get the movement down before I train in earnest. What other solo drills are beneficial? I saw Denny Prokopos's kata's for rubber guard and was pretty interested in that but unfortunately I do not think I am quite flexible enough to work that. Pretty flexible but not quite there.

    Granby rolls seem like a good one as well. The inverted guard/leg lock rolls along a wall would be awesome if I still had a mat. And somewhat leary of doing anything like that again unless its with a partner as I sprained my ankle catching myself from flying down the stairs and eating shit on tile floor while trying it on a corner railing. xD Been better and better but still... I learned my lesson with that.

    What solo drills do you find really beneficial on your day to day without a partner?
