Quick video I made in reference to the idea of breaking the lockdown.

Like that tech. Getting the foot looks hard to pull off, but at least you won't get mounted, as with Renor's hip sitting tech.

nice one, the best I have seen on youtube ..would probably work on most who really doesn't master the lockdown. He is on the right track thou, I teach one pass that is very similar and effective, I haven't seen anything better so I stick to it.
Im always trying to find a good pass to improve my own lockdown. I hope one day to release "Mastering The Lockdown" if Eddie would agree
