    These are bad news. Only a couple months into grappling i ate two packages a few hours before judo. I seriously almost died. From

    i dont either, it might have been from the night before..regardless the sodium in ramen almost took me out.

    I pretty much live off Ramen. :P Beef/Oriental are probably my favorites. But I dont think theres any that I wont eat. As for how many.. Ive got a 12 pack, a 12 pack that is now a 6 pack.. and then a pack of the ones that come in the styrofoam cup.

    When I was living at the gym last year I ate Ramen every night for dinner, sometimes lunch too. Chicken or spicy chicken was my go to. I had withdrawals when I got off it.
