When you have your opponent in Lockdown with double underhooks, are you positioning your body/butt/hips at a slight angle (hips slightly out) before whipping him up? When I have a guy in Lockdown with double underhooks, especially a 230 pound guy on top of me, and if I am flat on my back with double unders I am getting crushed and it's difficult to get the momentum to whip him up, even if my whip up takes him to a slight angle, it's the initial attempt to whip up that feels like a struggle sometimes.
