I mean, Jordon's making a smart political move by appearing transparent and appearing to take the high road with the public apologies. He obviously plans on getting rich off jiu jitsu and wants to be around a long time. So, just like in politics, it's smart to get your dirt out in the public and spin it before it can be spun against you. That way, if he continues and makes a bigger name for himself, he's green.
Derrick, I feel you. But I'm also not in a position to say that a dude who's worked hard hasn't earned a right to ask to get paid.
i hear ya! but listening to Jacare talk about the situation it sounds like the kid needed money and Jacare let him run his organization to give him a job and put some money in his pocket, & i'm sure Jordan made money from jacare's siminars & he paid the man late, overall it sounds like Jacare did a lot for that dude & the kid is acting like jiujitsu schools are rolling in doe, " no pun lol " most schools can't afford to hire employees so there usually family driven and people are willing to work for free. just the word "salary" sounds like he's asking for a lot. since most salaried positions start a 25,000 a year & hourly positions are usually 14,000 a year, i wonder how much he was making.
