High strength over the counter is Lotramin. Use it until you see a break in the ring. Once that happens you can train again but still treat untill it is gone. Super Body care may help as well for speeding up the process

I thought Eddie swore by acidophilus and lamisil. He talked about it on the JRE podcast, whenever he's taking acidophilus he never gets ringworm but if he dose he uses lamisil. Never had it so that's just what I heard.

Steady on that acidophilus. Make sure it's the one you have to keep it in the fridge. Lotrimin should do the trick as well. And remember if you want to prevent that try and find some tea tree oil that shit prevents fungus too I believe. Or just buck up and get super body care products

I like both Super Body Care and Defense Soap. But if you dont want to have to order online and wait...you might check your local Wallmart for a tea tree oil shampoo.

Great thread! Seeing how i just got ringworm aswell. Has any one ever herd of getting it in there ear?? I got one on my neck, but i also have somthing in the crease of my ear that has pus and eating away at my skin, is it ring worm as well or somthing else?

Dude that junk behind your ear is def not ringworm. Pus usually = infection. Holler at a doctor.

Went to the urgent care she looked at my neck and ear real quick and said yea "i got ringworm, i see it all the time with the high school wreslters", prescribed and green pill form antibiotic, a steroid cream, and some lamisil cream. She really didnt even give it an good look i think, because she didnt even react any kind of way what do u guys think..Is this ring worm??
