Ok so I am new to the Nibiru forum but have been following and using some 10th planet stuff for a couple of years now. I am pretty excited to be attending Eddie Bravo's seminar in Sydney this Sunday and I was just wondering what should I expect?
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to best prepare (what to watch etc.) and how to get the most out of it? And yes I have been stretching a lot! :-)

What to Expect at a 10th Planet Seminar?

No need to watch anything. You don't know what he's going to teach anyways. Just be ready for an amazing seminar where you'll learn some awesome technigues with great attention to details lots of comedy in between and probably get side tracked on bigfoot or something of that nature
