First of all, my apologies if this is too close to the Vista, CA location. But hey, the Burbank and Van Nuys locations are very close together and still do well.
I had this idea over the weekend and wanted to know if I could help get a 10th Planet started in Temecula, CA (Lake Elsinore) area. FYI, I would not be involved/affiliated with this branch other than making the initial introduction (will make more sense later).
I'm over at the West LA 10th Planet and it's shared with a Karate studio. Good way to save on the monthly lease costs for both parties by having us use the gym when they aren't using it. My girlfriend of 2 years is from Temecula, CA and her father owns/operates a well-established Tae Kwon Do studio there. All of his classes end in the afternoon, and the gym is closed down for the evening. Similar to the west LA 10th planet, I was thinking it might make sense to have a black belt (or brown belt) in the area willing to rent out the studio in the evenings to instruct classes there. I would only be involved in the initial introduction, so if I happen to break up with my girlfriend in the future, there would be no drama involved and should be business as usual for the parties involved. Let me know if anyone might be interested in making this happen first, and then I will reach out to Eddie Bravo to get his thoughts.
