    Alliance BJJ Black Belt Chris Moriarty Demonstrates A Twister in his BB Test

    I have been a fan of Chris' for many years. I used to watch him compete in all the big East Coast comps. He is a great BJJ practitioner and this is an awesome video.

    For the guys who have never gotten a chance to train at a traditional school, especially a really awesome and progressive one like Alliance, you may not have had a chance to have seen a belt test like this one. This is a lot of brilliant technique.

    I thought it especially cool that at 3:27 of the video, Chris pulls off a Twister.
