Hotels near HQ (Burbank)

I'm planning a training trip to HQ at the Burbank location the second week of October. Can anyone recommend a decent hotel at a good price. I've looked on line but sometimes they look much nicer on line than they actually are. Thanks for any input

Got also the Ramada inn a bunch of us stayed there for the Gracie Worlds.

I've stayed in shittier places lol.
They've got some below average Internet, apart from that the rooms are descent

I am going to be staying at the Extended Stay hotel about 1 mile from the gym and 1 from the airport. I am just going to be walking everywhere to save $
