tried it out tonight and DAMN is that tight. felt a bt like the sorcerer when u have to put practically no effort in to it. definitly coming into my game. i think frodoplata will eventually be my go to since gogo is already a fave of mine. cheers man.

how often do u get guys with this while rolling? anyone found a decent defense for it except not getting caught in it in the first place?

I finished the Frodoplata tonight. It's so tight! I end up in that position a lot so I see it becoming a staple of my RG. Thanks Frode!

I've been doing something similar to the frodoplata for a little bit, but instead of figure-fouring with your right arm to left bicep like in the frodoplata, I like to figure-four my left arm to right bicep around the back of the head to get a choke and a neck crank. I can try to get a video of it up if anyone is interested in a visual.
