The jiu jitsu mad scientist Brandon Mccaghren will be teaching a seminar on November 10th at Veritas Aequitas Freestyle Jiu Jitsu in East Tennessee. The cost is by donation and proceeds will go towards a legal retainer of $3, 000.00. My son was removed from his grandparents and mother by DCS for abuse. Despite plenty of pictures showing welts, bruises, and cuts, DCS has ruled that if the mother moves, she will again retain custody. Apparently, a woman can be present during the abuse, feed an 11 year old alcohol and cigarettes, and leave him in a hotel room alone all without ever losing her parental rights. My only chance to protect my son from further abuse is to petition the court for custody modification. DCS is even considering allowing her to move into the grandparent's neighboring house!
