Does anyone cross train a "traditional" martial art?

At the moment, just 10th Planet and Judo.

Guys don't seem to know how to deal with throws at the lower levels, at least from what I've seen. It's a free take down. I also like the aspect of tumbling like a kid

Wing Chun, 8 Elbows Kung fu (A form of Mantis style), and Chin Na.

Traditional Japanese Jujitsu. It kind of fills in the holes of bjj for self defense. Tons of throws, and standing chokes and locks, weapon defense and multiple attackers. That being said, one on one bjj wins every time. But it is nice to be able to tie someone up while still standing, works better in a bar or subway or whatever.

I used to do Shito-Ryu Karate, you could call me a brown belt but I actually hold a yellow belt.
The guy was too stingy to let a two year player actually test for that shit.
But basically I just consider myself a kick-boxer now.

I used to train in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kyuk Too Ki (Korean Sanda) and Hoshinsul (Korean Goshin Jutsu) until three years ago. From one day on to the other I had enough with the politics and the marketing in the KMA. Also the fact that I trained for 20 years in them and only was a moderate fighter opened my eyes.

Three years ago I started with BJJ, a month later with Judo, six months later with Muay Thai and a month after that with Savate. Still doing them with dedication and recently I added grappling to them.
