    Ringworm :(

It was bound to happen sooner or later... and surviving 3 years of High School Wrestling and a year of jiu jitsu... a teammate spotted ringworm on my left forearm after practice. It began as what I thought were in grown hairs, then after class when I took off my rashguard... a teammate asked me "I hope that's not ring worm".. I look and boom... ringworm nastys

How long does it take to treat? Are there any ways that I can speed up the process?

its really not that bad. you make it sound horrible, its more of an annoyance. just keep putting lotramin ultra on it every couple hours. keep it wrapped up and covered if your on the mat.

Use Super Body Care's body spray on it. It will speed up the healing process.

Rub some Robitussin on it. Should be able to walk it off in a couple minutes after. If you sweat the Tussin off reapply as needed. Gremlin urine also works well. Or a combo of both. Just dont spill any Tussin on a Gremlin

High strength over the counter is Lotramin. Use it until you see a break in the ring. Once that happens you can train again but still treat untill it is gone. Super Body care may help as well for speeding up the process
