I shot this last night with my daughter who turns 8 in 2 months. We use the Gracie Bullyproof program. I also put her in Gracie Bullyproof camp earlier this year and the year before as well, at the Gracie Academy in Torrance under Rener Gracie. Great program with high quality instruction.

That's pretty cool Ric. I'm very impressed with her knowledge. The only technique my daughter knows is how to shove her fist into the other kid's neck.
