Can't wait for Dan Conway, Gus Calderone, and Josh Passini to weigh in on this one. Those fuckers live and die by that stuff

i love it ... smooth energy all day im up early so i start at about 6am and its not until 2 ,3 oclock i start to get hungry
make sure you eat something before you train

Ive made the mistake of fasting all the way up to a seminar and i almost passed out

as far as weight loss i dropped about 10 kilo (22lbs) in say 3 weeks
doing the fasting and bp coffee

I've been drinking it for 2-3 months now and have noticed a huge increase in cognitive function.
as far as having less energy i actually feel that i have more.

in a nutshell it's controls my appetite, allows me to stay focused longer and gives me more energy throughout the day.
Every once in a while ill add my protein to it, takes away some of the oilyness of the coffee and changes the flavor a little.
I recommend giving it a try.

Are you guys having the full 80g of butter and the MCT oil? I haven't got the MCT oil yet and I'm finding it hard to stomach 80g. Think I have about 35-40g maybe less!

I find IF to taxing and not practical when I'm training like a professional athlete twice a day. What way do you guys have bulletproof coffee is it okay to blend if you don't have a coffee machine?

cafetiere the coffee and blend with the butter is the standard way.

I think when I do a morning workout, I'd have it after. I think the benefit is mainly the cognitive effects, so for the hours you're at work. Then you have all your meals before and after that said "fasting" period. I'm not sure how you'd fit it in with the rest of your diet. Especially if you're pushing for a meal every 2-3 hours.

I have this stuff for breakfast every day, with the MCT oil half a stick of butter and chocolate powder it's nearly 35 grams saturated fat I don't feel hungry until till the late afternoon and I have noticed a difference in cognitive function over the past few months.
