If china offered u more money and better benefits would u join their navy? I should think not because loyalty cannot be bought. Can it?
I was sitting here thinking, (and this is a question for everyone) if your instructor had a falling out with eddie (or your affiliate head) and was no longer affiliated, would u still post here? Would you still try to get rank under eddie? Would you still go to hq? Would u leave your team because u wanted to be associated with eddie? Would u stick with your instructor? Would u still rep 10? If u were belted would u say that u were an eddie blue, purple, brown or would u claim it came from your instructor? If someone offered u more money to teach at their school would you yes? I'm curious to see what u will all say. I don't wasn't to hear anyone avoiding it either with shit like well the caio situation is different. Just answer the questions, keep it to yourself if u have to. You may just learn something about yourself. I really how this does foster some deep thought.
I kinda feel like if these people (your team) really are true friends and like family, they would want you to do what is best for you and your family. For me, my family comes first. Before ANYTHING. As long as he isn't dishing out tips on how to beat his team mates to their opponents I don't see it as a problem. I am sure you trust every member of your team to not dish details on you if training with others for whatever reason, and they will trust you to do the same.
These situations happen all the time though. Whole reason when I joined my new team 8 months ago I made a point from day 1 to state that i train with other people, I am into the whole 10p thing etc etc. Obviously I am loyal to my team (Checkmat) and I compete under their banner, but I wont put up with people being pissy about whom I choose to train or have relationships with. I will not let anyone else make those decisions for me.
As I said in my last post though, we do not, and likely will never know the full in's and out's of the story behind the Cesar/Caio situation. So it is probably unfair for us to judge either way IMO. :-)
