Yo he almost got it, i mean the goal is to put ur opponents shoulders to the ground, otherwise truck to twister wud hav been awesome keeping in mind if they were wearing 10pjj rash guards

I really need to get my wrestling onto par, living in the midwest where everyones got years and years of it, mine is not adequate. Time to put in that work on closing that gap and passing them up... Love this video especially the oldschool strength training and body conditioning, it seems like we moved away from that kind of stuff, and now just are moving back to it. That Stone weight's exercises seem pretty close to a kettlebells ;D
