I have a new pair of these and they are driving me mad, the grip flex dosent help me with submisions it just sticks to the guys open guard when i pass. Anyone eles have this problem?

Sounds weird. Maybe he could post a youtube video. Your hips would need to be right on the guy's hips for the grip flex to stick like that i think.

I don't like gripflex. I also don't like side splits in my shorts. I use tapouts,Gi pants,or Vale Tudos....

I have a pair and ive never noticed that. I just dont like that if I dont wear compression shorts underneath them, everone gets a peep show

I only like sprawls for the durability. They last forever. As far as gripflex. I would say your problem is pretty common seeing as they discontinued making them.

I prefer naked with boxing shoes. I have found that the boxing shoes are fantastic for ankle support, and that being naked is a psychological advantage.
