    Good job! Nice transition from Crackhead to Triangle, poor guy was happy to get an arm free, but didn't realize the impending doom lurking behind his shoulders. Keep kicking ass and working on that striking stamina, some cross-fit type circuit training and extra long bag work sessions might help
