that would be more of a recovery or whatever right? if you miss the first armbar spin around and go for the other arm. but how deep could she get her hips in? that didnt look too high on the arm and i think thats where youll find problems. if she could scoot her butt in a bit more maybe. she also had an opportunity to turn into an omoplata which might be a bit safer than switching armbars, but nice stuff. and i like the mir lock aswell, im gunna try it out myself.

I just told Cora that you like her move and she's says "sharing is caring".... Anyways we will work on that omoplata like you mention. The other great thing during this holiday season is that we have more time to practice so by the time everyone else come back from their holidays, she will be having new moves and polishing up the rubber guard even more...
