I find that 7 is a good time for us down here maybe even a bit later than that. Traffic here can be brutal but Im like an old man and like goin to bed early lol so not too late. We have yoga at 6 on Wednesdays before the 7 class and that works out for us but its hard for alot of peeps to make it by 6. I like a min of 1 1/2 hours prefer 2 hours

My my most heavily attended class is my late night which is 9-Whenever we decide to call it a night. I have had my guys leave work and come to the gym at 12:00 and we are still there rolling so they jump in. Most of the gyms I have trained at run a 6, 7, or 8 time slot.
6 pm is by far our busiest class time, lots of people get off work right before then and come by before going home. Instead of one two hour class, why not two one hour? Breaking it up will allow people more training options while still requiring the same time commitment from you
6 for those of us that have to be at work early and have kids at home to put to bed. Hour formal class followed by hour open mat for those who can stay.
zog's classes go beginner 7pm-8pm with rolling 8pm-9pm, advanced classes are 8pm-930pm. on advanced days normally instruction is til 845ish then rolling til 930. personally i think 930 is a little late. even though its a half hour, id rather get out at 9 vs 930
I prefer 7:30pm, 2 hrs or 90 min is fine for me. Sundays I find 1pm, 2pm is ok for people too. The hardest thing for sure is battling the traffic, and then putting all the dirty gear in the wash/basket when u get home as well as prepare food, and then get ready for work the next day.
I like 6 myself, it is 40 mi. from my house, so after a 2 hour class I still get home with time to unwind for work the next day. I wake up early for work and have a family also. I like early times on the weekends 8 or 9 so I still have the rest of the day to spend with the family
2 nights a week I teach classes from 6-7 and those are very popular. The other 2 nights a week I teach classes from 6:30-8. 6:30-7:30 is technique and drilling. 7:30-8 is organized rolling and then it's open gym after that. Those are also very popular classes.
We used to run classes later than that but class size was small so we moved everything earlier.
I found that a 90 min class is preferred by most of our students and then offer an open gym afterwards for those that want to continue to work technique or roll.
