Training Blog 1/3/2013
GREAT night of training tonight. Reviewed some of our stand up combinations & shadow boxing to start off class.
Followed with 6 diff. Cardio stations to get the sweat pouring for a little while. (got to try out our new burn machine)
Finally finished the night off with some tech. on the mat. Reviewed our swim move from the lockdown series, as well as taking the back. Once everyone smoothed it out and got our numbers in, we took the advanced down the invisible collar path. Showing Bollinger's 'Double Arm Triangle' - and following up with our pump to spider web control from the collar.
All in all it was a solid night at the gym. Awesome work guys!
