    Soldier "breaks free" from armbar -hahahahhahahaha

    I lifted this from a Sherdog forum post.

    At the (2:08) mark a soldier is rolling with one of the Valente brothers. The commentator says, "others like this solider were able to break from the hold, and take control." Yeah right.
