I don't understand why there is so much hostility towards your system. I've been a 10th pjj advocate for a few years now and just recently decided to dive head first into training and attending what I can where I can living in eastern nc. Everyone I've run into who hates on 10th pjj can't say anything more on why they hate it so much other than eddies a fraud who got lucky once. It seems to me they are just hating because you decided to drop the gi so now they are really going into smear mode watching 10p wrecking all across the country.

From what I read it isn't because he's training at a 10th planet school, it's that he's training at another jiu-jitsu school. Seems like a lot of martial arts schools are like this. If it is because it's a 10th planet school I could understand this from the prespective of parent, I'd try to keep anything drug related or something that can lead to drug use as far from my child as possible.


By the way I use to use MJ on a regular basis and have little problem with it becoming legalized for adults.

i don't drink or do drugs, and i don't associate 10th planet with drugs.

everyone i have dealt with at 10th planet riverside has been very respectful of all the kids and has not talked even one word about drugs around the kids.

and when my son trains with adults, again they are very respectful and helpful to him.

Have you read eddie's books, and seen some of his youtube videos? Nothing against 10th planet or eddie but he's the stoner Jiu-Jitsu guru of 10th planet who promotes recreational MJ use. Now how can his thoughts on drug use not influence his students, especially the younger ones. He makes me want to start using again and I haven't used in years.

yes i know about eddies opinion on mj, but i dont think he promotes mj to kids.

my son is training at wand fight team now.

wand knows he is training at 10th planet and they are cool with it.

my son loves it, he said he likes it 5 times better than team mica.
