One of the best nights at the gym in a long time! Solid group putting in work on maintaining back control. Went over collar riding, double-Navy'ing, and collar-navy ride's to open the hips to position our deep leg. Then we spent some time going over proper breakdowns to set-up our Twister, as well as alternative finishes like rolling over the back to our Banana Splits/Calf Slice series.
Seemed like everyone gained a wealth of knowledge tonight!
-No Riding High!
-Don't sag to the side!
-Get that Elbow across the hip!
-Control the far leg for positioning!
Once we grasped those couple concepts, everything was smooth sailing. See everyone back on the mats tomorrow night for another intense, grueling workout to get our boys in shape for February 9th!
