I'm sure someone else is as excited as I am. Two of my favorite fighters taking on tough, but very winnable fights.


I think Vinny has better striking than Phil, and I'm positive his grappling is better. Phil is no pushover but I really believe Vinny has better tools to win.

I also see Belcher getting the W. I'm amped for this card. Lets hope there are zero injuries.

Phil is def a tough fight for anybody. It would be huge for vinny to win that. Especially if he can finish via sub. I'm excited.

Bisping is a good match for Belcher. It's pretty crucial for both of them.

Like the Bisping vs Belcher fight. My only issue with that one is I am a huge fan of both guys, and this fight will put one of them in a 2 fight skid. :-)

What? Vinny has fought 5 rounders before. I don't think his cardio is as bad as you think. Not worse than Phil's at least. Phil looked pretty bad against Rashad.

No disrespect to Phil, but I think he's a bit over rated. Not that he's not good, but guys were saying he was a legit threat to Jon Jones. The kid is a fantastic grappler and that's where it ends in my opinion. That said, Vinny is the superior grappler. Plus, Vinny, more than Phil has proven to be a dangerous striker on occasion. Phil's only chance IMO is wrestle humping for a decision. Hopefully Vinny is working on is sweeps to avoid getting out pointed.

Also, I think Bisping's only chance to beat Belcher is to out cardio him and win on decision. Belcher is the better striker IMO. The harder striker for sure. And I believe his grappling is better too. This is Belcher's fight to win.

That would be amazing but I don't think anyone in that division can keep Bisping on the ground long enough to pull that off.
He has said before that as soon as he started taking mma seriously many many years ago, he started every single sparring session on his back and mounted so he would have to work his way back to his feet every single time. By now he must have done that thousands upon thousands of times. Many more reps that Mr Belcher has done twisters I bet.

Either way, this will be a really great fight. Both dudes have been hyping it for a while. I actually think they are very well matched. Pumped for this card already. :-)
