i dont think they should go by your waist size. Maybe just a regular yearly physical to make sure your in good health. Im a firefighter and i wish they would have something like that. some professions need to be fit and in shape. i think its good to have some kind of incentive to stay in shape.

Your work place gets taxed if you're over weight so you won't get hired anywhere, so this doesn't apply to athletes at all.

its pretty shocking to see how welcome society has become to relinquishing rights for "the greater good." I am pretty ashamed to witness how far we have come from a nation that touts its freedom to one that accepts the notion that government should increasingly regulate more and more aspects of our daily lives. who knows better how to handle your community, you and your neighbors or some washington bureaucrats?

government should have as little control and involvement in our lives as possible. for those who like government intrusion ought to consider moving to china

scary thing for me is that my pant size is 32, I could go smaller but it's comfortable for me. And their limit is 33 D:

lol thats because it uses bmi which has long been determined to be an inaffective form of health messurement. It doesnt take into account muscle mass which weighs more than fat that thing would make Brock Lesnar look like one of those people they have to take to the hospital on a flat bed trailer. Body fat percentage is a better measurement of over all health.
