Let me break this down for you in logic in numbers my friend.
Don't know how much money you got but here we go. Rent in Berkeley is expensive as fuck (1,200 and up usually), and UC Berkeley has one of the highest tuitions for a public institution in the COUNTRY. First and foremost Denny is the shit, best martial arts teacher I have ever had, one hundred and fifty percent reps and bleeds the systems and knows it in and out, he'll make your head explode he knows much besides the 10th Planet SF squad are beasts! El Niņo is gonna run you about $170 another, Ceasar Gracie Jiu Jitsu (whu! whu!) is about 160 that's $320 a month plus Pleasant Hill from SF is almost 30-40 miles away which means commute cost. Add on Dennys tuition and it's another 140-$150 a month that's $470 a month plus your bills, rent and tuition. If you can some how afford all those, fuck I want your life lol. But that's $5,640 a years in just training costs. Hope this helped a little. Been to Cesar Gracies in Pleasant Hill, he is never there! The facility isn't where you think world class fighters are born. If you were to cut one out and save the most money doing it cut out Cesar Gracies and stick to keeping your training in SF that way your not killing your with commute. You hit traffic trust me 2 hours in traffic after all day in class you aren't going to want to train and drive all the way out there. Keep it all under the same umbrella dude.
