i think i tore my ulnar colateral ligament in my right thumb, i dont think it is all the way torn but at least partially, anybody have any experience with this type of injury and how long a good recovery is, iv taken 9 days off from rolling and im getting stir crazy for rolling. i just started at my gym a month ago, but been on here for about a year, i got my first transition from back to spiderweb the day i hurt my thumb so im really eager to get that game going. any time table advice???
