This is called 'C Class Shooto' over here.
Head gear, shin guards, everything but elbows standing, no strikes on the ground. Can only have 3 C class fights etc.
Is the first step for guys wanting to test the water. Great concept IMO.

Nice had no idea Australia had a Shooto League. Well then under those rules sets he did the maximum amount of damage in the shortest time possible haha.
