Are we using the puppet master, and if so, is the wolverine the inventor? I watched some of his videos (ride the lightning!) and have used it. Great takedown bringing your opponent right into electric chair, and a good place to be if you have game from there. I remember 1 guy critiqueing all the flaws in his video and not realizing the straight goods he had stumbled upon.

cool bro, I remember when I first started grappling at this club that opened at my school people were like "WTF kind of moves are those." I had to teach them a few things, but they aren't even close to being flexible enough.

Its about positioning and angles like Matthias said, theres more to Rubber Guard then flexibility(obviously it helps immensely). Understanding positioning and hip placement will allow the large majority to be able to flow through the RG basic path. Rubber Guard can be dangerous....to those that lack the understanding of simple body mechanics and movement.

yesterday it was mostly there white belts and they didnt seem to grab the concept of even quarter guard is better than no guard cause once they got there guard borken they kinda paniced and missed half guard chances completly but the higher belts were using traditional half guard so i might freak them out with the lockdown lol
