New 10th Planet tights/compression pants

I'm 6 4 and a 34 inch waist. Got a fat ass and legs like a chicken so trying to figure out my size. If your 6 ft tall and they go to your ancles I might be looking at a large but what size is your waist and how's the fit?

Mediums would prolly work for you. I like the way mine fit. I'm curious to see how they fit in a month after wearing and washing a few times. I have a couple compression shorts that are both the same size., and one is awesome. It comes out of the wash feeling like it did the day I bought it. The other has lost some of its elasticity. So, I'm hoping the tights don't do that! They may be a bit long for you tho. They come all the way down to my ankles.

I am down to about a 32ish waist now. I was at a 34 a couple months ago! But I wear them over supporter/cup/compression shorts too. They fit pretty good. If I wear them a couple times, they are a bit looser. But just throw them through the wash and they are good as new. I'm happy with them so far.
