Watch "jason Scully?" Videos, dude runs grapplersguide.com He does a bunch of work out things where its like 30 solo warnups in 4 min.
There should be lots of his videos on youtube.

I just do Defrancos agile 8. I need to add some shoulder warmups, I feel they're tight when I first start training
Yes Chris, MTS is greatthats why I was asking for more drills like the HQ Warm Ups drills. feels like you can get so much more from the training if you use drills for the warm up, like: Hip Bump Sweep – To Mount – To Hip Bump Mount Escape, insteed of runing and stuff like that for the warm up.
