It was over 20 grams of weed, MDMA, suspended license and drug paraphenalia. He was arrested in FT Laud

Suspended lic ok, MDMA ya ok. Part of the prob with FL is over 20g's is a felony. TX is a strict state and its 4oz or more to be a felony. Ridiculousness FL should be having a vote on medical marijuana Nov 2014 with any luck. A recent poll said 70% of Floridians support Medical Marijuana. Now Im not sayin he needed weed for medical purposes I kinda just went that way lol

Wow, that is unjust! You wouldn't even get a ticket for 20g's where I live. I smoked 20g's last night.
I fear medical marijuana holds back true legalization sometimes. If the justice system is anything like California he'll be able to buy his way out of it
