I run a 6 am class once a week. I hate getting up that early, but I NEVER regret it when we start rolling. I don't think I could do any earlier though.

Vista offers Early Bird Jiu Jitsu at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays are in the Gi, and NOGI the other days. We used to get 13 guys in the class, it was one of our largest, but its been dead since the new year. Plus the time change made this morning much more difficult........ lol
