    Jeremy: If you are able to get to prison guard, you already broke their posture. You can easily go for the rubber guard then.

    Yeah his posture is broken but because he has Bicep control it shuts down most of my attacks.

    If they're just stalling there's going to be an opportunity to break their posture. Just keep fighting for it. Theres also little tricks if you can get a gable on their neck (like pull to the side then back, really hard to stop that way.)

    Im missing something..If you have prison guard theres no way he can have bicep control

    No I'm saying rather than trying to isolate an arm for a triangle or an armbar I could attempt prison guard.because he has Bicep control it may be easier to get to prison guard over the other options

    Keep your hands behind his elbows as he's postured up with his hands on your hips. Just wait, be patient until he pushes your hips to get up in a horse stance. Right at that moment open up his elbows wide and pull your legs in. He will fall right into your guard, posture broken and all
