He seems to feel like he is the better martial artist and GSP is just the strong wrestler so he thinks he should win based off his technical skill and that they should change the rules to elimate people like GSP from doing that strateghy of stalling with little non finishing blows.

And he doesnt like being put in the light of the bad guy. But he is rude as hell.

Totally agree. Very fake, especially now he's on the payroll with the UFC.

Guys like Diaz and Sonnen, amongst very few others, are a breath of fresh air in an otherwise personailty-less sport.

yeah Karyn does jiujitsu & you can tell she has an actual apreciation for the technical aspect of the sport. And that makes watching it way more enjoyable because she knows the difference between regular half & deep half for example. and the passion oozes out of her pours & makes her reporting & questions very entertaining. And fighters respect her for it. And reporters like Ariel & the rest of those fat out of shape fucks who've never challenged themselves physically or mentally don't really even know who's who when it comes to fighters & dudes who come to fight vs doing just enough to win decisions. That's why dudes who wear suites and ties and are nice to reporters but rarely finish fights or even try too get mad love from reporters but real fighters like Nick Diaz aren't even respected by the media. The lack of a technical education by reporters like Ariel & mma judges means these fucking people don't even understand the sport there covering, it's no different than a commentator who doesn't train not knowing what the fuck or who the fuck there talking about.

Dressing like mcdonald is fake yes but in our culture professional attire is a suit, its a costume worn to show that you are a professional. I wouldn't wear one but there trying to show respect by wearing suits so why hate on them. They felt the occasion was important enough to dress up for, we all do that for certain events and it is always silly.
Not saying everything that comes to your mind is not a matter of being afraid its part of being an adult.

I dont understand why people see Ariel as a instigator. He asks fighters about MMA and the comments they make, if he ask leading questions that lean toward the dramatic aspect of the sport that's is because it's his job to ask questions on behalf of fans and the majority of fans do want to see diaz explain why he doesn't show up for things.
What is the slimy cowardly move your referring to here? Never heard him talk shit on anyone for even a second even when people deserve it. He doesn't ask sensational questions because he knows no one will beat his ass for doing it, he asks them because it his fucking job. Why should a reporter have to be afraid of being assaulted for asking questions? I've been listing for years now and I have never heard a question he ever posed that was legitimately insulting? Every single fighter that has been "insulted" by Ariel was actually pissed at themselves for saying dumb shit and being asked about it or not being articulate enough to answer simple question without sounding like an idiot.

I guess some people feel that a reporter shouldn't ask a fight a question that may piss them off (even if it's unreasonable to be pissed about it) unless the reporter can/is willing to fight them? That's some dumb monkey shit.

Your right, I dont expect reporters to be good fighters but they should, if not train, at least make sure they are well versed in the technical aspect of the sport. Karyn a great reporter but I dont see her asking more technical questions, none of the reporters really do.
