Every so often I'll stumble onto a video that reminds me that there is some extraordinarily piss poor weak ass BJJ instruction being taught out there. And videos like the one above make me very grateful to have had nothing but quality instruction so far.

Special shout out to coach Herzog for being the opposite of suck. Thank you for not teaching me the arm triangle from bottom side control.

I stopped watching it half way but I assume that it doesnt improve.

I like to only show moves that I can hit in sparing because I know all the details to them, when I learn a new move I drill it a bunch and then show it.

That shit wouldn't work in sparing.

Look at this dudes cage haha. The mats are falling apart. This dudes instruction is pretty poor. You could figure out what he's doing with just having eyes. He does really give you the feel of it at all. Also why is he not grapevining his legs going for the twister. Can you triangle them like he does ? Just gives you less control?
