I was reviewing the Twister book over my lunch break and I saw the Fire, which strick me as legit.
I then saw the Flame and I am having a hard time understanding how that last transition happens.
See page 167.
I'm hung up on the transition between pictures 7 and 8. In 7, Master Eddie has his left arm wrapped around the head and his hands clasped in an S-grip, while Shigeki's right arm us UNDER master Eddies left arm
Then suddenly Shigeki's right arm is across his chest and Eddie has a deep elbow hook. I read the instructions about driving the hips and chest forward, but I am just failing to see how that will force Shigekis arm across AND get Eddies arm our from under the head and into an elbow hook.
If anyone has the time and interest, post a vid so I can see it in motion!!
