The class was excellent and I found the techniques were much easier to learn due to the great coaching! I was a little lost without my usual grips when sparring without the gi tbh but won't take me long..see you Sunday

Hope you don't mind me hijacking your thread. I met and rolled with Steven today for the first time. What a great guy! His skill level, knowledge and coaching were all outstanding. I can't wait until the next roll. Really opened my eyes to how effective the 10th planet system really is!
