I injured my lower back when I was about 19. Walked around with the pain for about a month before going to see a dr. She pushed and leaned on my back (which seemed to do fuck all) and then put some weird vibration thing on my back and after 2 sessions, which cost me £70 I was fine and haven't had trouble since.

Your back is a strange part of your body and once it's hurt bad, there is no going, uh, back. My dad had an accident at work when I was about 8, I'm 25 now and his back is jacked. He is 51 and looks healthy, but has to do excercises every night, visit a dr once every 2 weeks and has one leg shorter than the other because he walks in such a way now that one leg's muscles are wasting away.

My point is, your back is not something to take chances with dude. I would rest it as much as possible and don't return to sparring before it feel's 100%.

I'm no dr, but I hope my experiences help.

So do you have a lymphatic system problem or do certain back problems cause lymphatic fluid to build up? Did you/can you get second and third opinions? Best wishes.
