haha he does that all the time. He is a huge welterweight too at 6'3". Going to be a huge star I think. Trains out of London shootfighters owned by Marios Demetriades and co. They have a great wrestling program there too (for a UK gym). Plus great training partners like Hathaway etc. :-)

He has a style like machida with the in and out movement with his own flair of course. He like machida needs to be studied by opponents so I can see him destroying people until there's enough out there on him.

I think maybe, at last, with guys like MVP coming up the ranks British MMA is rapidly going to start earning some legitimacy. Too long it's been the whole brawl and forget technique style, but now we're starting to see true martial arts emerge!
