    Class Tonight!

We'll be introducing the new guys (Beginner Class) to different guard transitions, as well as touching on the lockdown. We've had several new guys interested lately, so we're trying to get them up to speed.

Advanced Class will be focusing on some of our Double-Bagger techniques. - Think this is something some of our more develped guys are under using, and definitely want to get them more familiar with it's benefits.

Just thought I'd share, what is your 10th Planet Team focusing on today/tonight?

Right on man, seems like what a lot of Moons do actually.

We went over Mission Control Basics today for the Beginner class. - Then drilled Double Bagger>Mission>Kung Fu Move; Kung Fu Move>Omoplata; Omoplata>Mad Dog Control>Near & Far leg Toe Holds. Was a great night for the club.
